Do you wonder if your home’s electrical circuitry and outlets are safe and secure, or are you preparing to buy or sell a home? An ACME whole-house electrical inspection will assess the security and effectiveness of your electrical systems. You receive a confidential report of your results and estimates of any work recommended fore repairs, upgrades or bringing your electrical system up to code if applicable.
There is flat fee of $145 for inspections of homes up to 2,500 square feet. Over 2,500 square feet, the ACME Whole-House inspection is then priced at $0.06 per square foot.
A basic whole-house inspection from ACME checks amps, voltage, delays, overall load sizing (compared to panel capacity), and includes the following:
- Panel and Sub Panels
- Outlets and GFIs
- Switches
- Wiring
- Appliances
- Fixtures
